We deliver our products locally via J&T. Please ensure that the receiver’s name, address, postal code and mobile number are accurate on your order. J&T will provide a tracking number. You can trace your parcel’s delivery status via here.

We currently do not deliver outside of Singapore.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable for.
Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, The Travel Store (Singapore) will not bear the responsibility in the case of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can on our end to verify this entrustment before handing the package over.
Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.
Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.
